Translating from dutch to "cozy," the Knus aims to combine the baselayer and midlayer in one for a simplified dressing process.
OPPORTUNITY:
BREATHABILITY
A base layer wicks moisture, while the mid-layer provides insulation. Combining these could aid moisture transfer, keeping the wearer dry and comfortable.
THERMAL EFFICIENCY
Merging the base and mid-layers could reduce bulk, allowing for better heat retention without compromising mobility.

LOW-FIDELITY PROTOTYPE:
I started with a muslin prototype post-patterning. I found the hood was too large, and the shoulder opening too tight.
MID-FIDELITY PROTOTYPE:
I was able to correct the issues of the hood and shoulder seam, and tested out the zipper and placket.
